1. In terms of service management, our company promises to promptly respond to customer inquiries; for issues requiring negotiation, we will relay the feedback to the relevant departments for coordination and resolution, and provide a response within 24 hours; for on-site services, we guarantee to dispatch technical service personnel within 48 hours. We will not withdraw our service personnel until quality issues are resolved. To ensure service quality, service personnel who go out for service each time will carry an "External Quality Information Feedback Form" for customers to confirm the service quality. The company has also established a "customer satisfaction survey" system and regularly conducts follow-up visits to the company's products to identify shortcomings and understand customer needs.

2. Strictly implement the national "three guarantees" policy. For products within the "three guarantees" period, if users discover any quality issues, we will provide repair, replacement, and return services.

3. For products that have exceeded the "three guarantees" period, we guarantee to provide repair parts and perform maintenance services according to user needs.
